MCP server: Explore query tags

The PlanetScale MCP server can now read query tags from Insights, so you can ask which part of your application is behind your database load instead of only which query.

Three new tools:

• planetscale_list_query_tags — the tags on a branch's queries, with their values and query counts
• planetscale_get_query_tag — a single tag and its values
• planetscale_list_query_tag_summaries — query statistics grouped by tag value, attributing total time, latency, rows read, and errors to an application, route, job, or user

Try it out with questions like:

• "Which route tag is spending the most database time?"
• "Break down rows read by my job tag over the last day"
• "Which app tag is behind the errors on my production branch?"
