Request a Business Associate Agreement

You can now request a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) for HIPAA directly from your PlanetScale dashboard. To request a BAA:

1. Sign into the PlanetScale dashboard
2. Click Settings from your Organization page > Legal > Create request
3. Fill out the form
4. We will review your request and let you know if it's approved
5. Once approved, you'll receive a DocuSign sent to the email you specified as the signer
