Per-shard sizing for Vitess
We've added the ability to adjust VTTablet sizes for individual shards in a Vitess keyspace. Enable per-shard sizing on the keyspace Shards tab, then set a cluster size on any shard. Shards you don't change will keep using the keyspace default.
This lets you give a shard more CPU and memory than the rest of the keyspace, or more local storage on Metal, instead of resizing every shard at once. Enabling per-shard sizing will not change key ranges, VSchema, or routing.
